A bit of fun in Fiberland

Merino Alpaca scarf

Merino Alpaca scarf

In the last few days, I have found time to have a bit of fun in Fiberland.  I lost my weaving mojo a while ago…spinning took over again.  However, I did finish this scarf.  Handspun suri alpaca fiber warp, indigo dyed.  Merino artyarn warp, beehive variety.

And then, below, a tiny wallet, perfect for business cards or folded up bills.  The pattern is by Valeri Wells, www.stitchinpost.com.

But more than that, I am dyeing lots of fiber…the season is  upon  us, starting with Yarnover on April 27, in Hopkins, MN
